"Coach" Ken Achenbach has developed a program designed to teach leadership skills, promote teamwork, and create positive leadership cultures in any team/organization where people work together to achieve common goals. The program is comprised of seminars and workshops.

The presentation consists of three parts. Each is designed to examine the qualities, characteristics, and actions necessary to establish a positive leadership culture within your program.
